The mission of State University of Bangladesh is to contribute to the human resources development as per the requirements of the community, so that its graduates are high in demand in the employment market. The ideal teaching and learning environment offered by them will help them to achieve their career objectives. Moreover, the unique blend of a national and international curriculum will equip the SUB graduates to face professional challenges beyond the national shores and bring pride to the nation.

Admission Process
Students must be formally admitted to the program prior to registering for courses. The application for the admission form available in the information/admission office. Competed applications together with required documents should be submitted to the information/admission office within the due deadline.
For the MBA, the admission policy of SUB is to select the best students for the program. This is done on a competitive basis of past academic records, performance in the admission test and interview. Before beginning study it is recommended that students first learn a foreign language by taking English courses in England and Malta or Spanish courses in Spain.
Transfer Students
The university accepts qualified students who wish to transfer from other universities that SUB considers to possess equivalents curriculum and standard. Transfer applicants must submit official transcripts of all prior academic records. The university reserves the right in deciding how many credits (courses) will be transferred. Students on academic probation, suspension, or dismissal are not eligible for transfer admission.
Transfer applicants who have been out of school for two consecutive semesters or longer must provide the admission office with a statement describing activities during this period.
